Our mission is creating affordable, accessible and integrated housing in Massachusetts to ensure individuals with IDD can live independently and thrive. We will: Acquire and rehabilitate properties for accessible housing. Provide 24-hour onsite support staff for job training, healthcare access, and independent living. Foster community through artist and musician-in-residence program. Help individuals with disabilities pursue higher education through partnerships with Massachusetts Inclusive Concurrent Enrollment Initiative (MAICEI). *Ensure long-term affordability through Section 811 Supportive Housing as well as State and Federal programs.

Branching Tree is a group of families who are co-creating an inclusive residential community with a community-based day program for young adults with autism, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our combined lived experiences ensure that the community will remain values-driven and responsive to real-life needs. Our vision centers on fostering belonging, dignity, and meaningful connection for every person.

Branching Tree’s location will be determined as soon as the ideal property is secured in a supportive and resourceful MA community.
